I could be wrong but i really think it was Jk who would have made the first move. Hear me out! I know that Jimin was the one who was always very vocal about wanting hugs and kisses and dates etc but I remember the members saying he(JM) was the most innocent of all the members I think he was the only one who never had any dating experience whatsoever and also, even though on the surface Jk seemed really shy, he also seemed to me like someone who was bold enough to go in for the lips if he just couldn’t take it anymore lol! Have u seen Jk staring at JM’s lips? Also, remember the “I want you, (3X)” video? For a painfully shy introvert, he sure was bold enough to openly tell Jimin he wanted him lol. Another thing i always wondered was about their sleep schedules. Now we know that Jikook are the two members who loved staying up late doing whatever and they told us that sometimes in order not to wake up the other members, the prefered to put blankets out and sleep outside the rooms together. Do you think it was just the fact that their sleep schedules matched made them all nighter buddies? I mean, the way i see it, there had to have been something else that made them love sleeping together so much that they will both sacrifice their beds and choose to sleep on blankets they laid on the floor, just so they could be together. When i think of this sometimes, i get so baffled at the fact that so many people still do not want to accept the fact that Jikook is and always were the only posibility if there was ever a couple in BTS! I mean, how can u sanely see these two with anyone else other than them, when they both have been obsessed with sleeping with e/o from the very beginning? Tkkrs always compare and say, Jk always choose V to be his roommate. Well yeah he did always choose V but what good was that if he always ended up spending his nights with Jimin anyways? He was the one who literally described Jimin as his all nighter friend and he specifically said that, all the time they are always up together late at night doing something and he doesn’t even know what they do but they are just up together doing something! This habit continued for over 10 years! We even had Jhope telling us the same thing in his documentary, that Jk and Jimin always stay up late together! So if u think that Jk or Jimin were with other people (members of the band) when exactly did they have cuddle time with the other people when Jk and JM were always together at nights? Not just at night but Jk and JM rode in the same car together for years, who will be ok with their partner spending that much time with someone else? Who? They were always together during filming, always together backstage, always together watching e/o rehearse, always together riding back home, always together at nights (Tae himself confirmed this more than once) always together on birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc! So when exactly did they spend time with their partners? I mean how can pple choose to be so blind?

As for your first question I think JK made the first move. With everything. But not because Jimin is the most innocent (he's not) but rather because Jimin being the oldest may have waited for JK to make the first move. Not wanting to pressure him or whatever.

He may have let JK take the lead. In terms of initiating anyway. My theory is JK wasn't toping in the beginning. It was Jimin. Just coz he's the oldest and had more experience with rlships as mild as they may have been. When you're figuring things out you gotta try everything and see what works for who. Even the first kiss JK could have started it then Jimin took over and guided the kiss. That type of thing.

I think not wanting to push JK was something super important for Jimin. I showed here during the priest episode how he waited for JK to hug him. Super underrated moment but shows how Jimin respects JK enough to give him the option to say no or pull away.

HOW DID YOU GET HERE/HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HERE?: I've been here since 2014 when the first game came out! The youtubers I was into at the time were talking about it and playing it so I just watched it because that's what they put out. I remember actually predicting Foxy being in the closet in FNAF 4 because I was scared he would pop out of there (b4 fnaf 4, it was crazy!!). Even though I was scared of him, he was my favorite at the time.

I don't remember the first person I watched play, but I do remember that FNAF is how I got into Markiplier!

THOUGHTS ON ECLIPSE?: I love them so damn much! They are one of everythings, my husband, my wife. I love them. Most versions anyway. I love how versatile they are to anyone's story and how differently people interpreted them from the Ruin DLC. Going to talk about non-canon versions of them/before he was canon, certain versions made me hate him (in a good way) so much because it was such amazing damn writing (thinking about Naff's SJ!Eclipse, cuz man I hate that guy)!! Other versions of them I enjoy like them being a fusion between Sun and Moon (them being active at the same time), a security mode, or being a third personality are all great, I love 'em all.

My personal preferred version of them is the third personality because I view it as somewhat canon. How else would Sun be able to separately thank Cassie? I love Canon/Ruin Eclipse with all my heart. Kellen did such an amazing job with the voice and noticeably it doesn't have any grit from him like Moon and Sun's do (wonder if that was a personal choice lol). But honestly Eclipse's voice: beautiful, gorgeous, perfect in every way.

Also I don't remember who's post it was, but someone made a joke about Ruin Eclipse being malewife and I thought that was hilariously adorable and that's my headcanon now. My beautiful wifeband... huswife?

This is really nitpicky lol but like I don’t think Simon and Samantha were together long enough for her to be like HIS MOM. Like that works for Hazel since Tuba has literally raised her since she was a baby but it’s not the same for Simon. I’m not trying to say that him being abandoned by her wasn’t traumatic or anything, but I don’t think it’s even kinda enough to justify him being more ✨fucked up ✨ than Grace (since that’s usually what people use this but of lore to do)

This is also a nitpick and honestly this probably isn’t as common anymore. Maybe idk I’m not toooo active with this fandom nowadays. But idk sometimes people acted like Ryan was just way more popular and cool than he really is? In the show I mean. While in actuality it seems a lot more like he’s constantly CONSTANTLY trying to be liked but just. Fails at it. He gives off this vibe that he’d be trying to joke around with the popular kids and they’d laugh more at him than with him, and that he’d just kinda take cuz at least he’s getting attention. He also just does a really good job at keeping up his confident persona even when no one is watching. The only time you see him not perform is when he gets abandoned by Min a second time and he just gets really fed up. Then playing in the bathroom with Min is what makes his number go down, what makes the door unlock, what makes the party successful, WHAT MAKES HIM HAPPY. Cuz the only attention that matters is the positive attention he gets from Min because he cares so much about him and he’s satisfied with no one else watching if it means they can be together. I mean a big part of his character arc is him realizing that chasing attention all the time isn’t gonna make him happy, it’s being with people you love. Also none of what I just said is coherent im sorry I am so exhausted 😵‍💫. Basically I’m a Ryan Akagi stan and I go silly thinking about him

That b4 is bad because it was a low stakes plot. Yo Supernatural fans I'm invading ur tag

Okay but like, after watching Sarah Z's coverage of TJLC and then the 'Destiel' thing again, I've come to a conclusion: Supernatural was more salvageable than Sherlock. It could never have been 'saved' from it's bad writing and active queer rep problems but I mean just-

Easy potential fix for the whole Destiel thing: have the gay angel dude be there in heaven and James Deane or whoever is like 'yo you in heaven' and smile and then cut or whatever. Just imply that Castiel is in heaven w Deeen and have it that they're probably having an afterlife relationship.

Of what I've seen of Supernatural, it both does and doesn't seem too preoccupied with being taken too seriously and it's rules and continuity can be worked around w with new dumb rules. You literally could have just had it be that the writers are blueovary-ing the audience by not showing you the offsceen ship, similar to how Korra and Asami are heavily implied to be together at the end of Korra and the writers did in fact want them to be an item b4 Nick got mad.

From everything I've seen and know of this particular fandom controversy, none of the issues with it still being too straight to commit to the gay characters' or just the fact that it does 'Bury your Gays' again would be "fixed", is the thing. I think you all know that.

But wow what an easy enough work around for a fallout. You wouldn't have to deal with people obsessively looking for foreign dub confirmation, you wouldn't have to deal with the blowback from the ship being both made canon and murdered on screen......you literally could just superimpose the damn gay angel in the background and give your audience their money's worth with a few simply tweeks to scenes and writing.

2010-2019: My Little Pony: FIM

Was definitely my favorite show. I still love that show sm. Definitely has the most active fan base of them all. Making art for this show definitely inspired me to be the artist i am now. -- This show rased me, and raised me good. The older fandom is questionable, there's definitely some generational trama given to us Gen Z by them, but it was a very pro-lgbt space, and i loved this so sm.

2017-2021: DuckTales!! (Woo-hoo)

Always kinned Louie, and always will. I mean hell, i named my first MLP OC after Lena!! -- I really loved the episodes Quack Pack and GlomTales! (the latter if wich being because is was A. it Louie centered episode, and B. he proved to his mother that his scamming isn't all bad which i was proud of him for). I think i loved him sm just bc, well one, my favorite color has always been green, but two he's so relatable. Like the episode where he wasn't so sure and up to the idea of Della suddenly coming back and being his mom when he'd never even spoke to her once was just so good. Now i can look back and see how it was relatable, but even then when i didn't know what ik now i found him to be the most logical person in that situation.

2019-2023: The Owl House

When MLP ended, this was the show that came in and swooped me up. As of writing, the shows only been officially over for about an hour. And while yes, DuckTales was there when MLP ended, it still definitely made me feel like something was missing. It did take about a season for me to realize TOH was filling that feeling but it got there. This show has probably effected me about as much as MLP. Like through the episode “Lost in Language”, apon watching some reviews and theories on the episode, i found out Luz was bisexual. At the time i hadn't really heard the term b4, but only about a day of finding it out, i was already comfortable going by it! It just fit too well!! I also got my preferred name/s from Emira and Edric!! Sigh, i could write sm about TOH since it literally just ended, but i don't want to be here all day.

1) The east high pix were taken way before hsmtmts s4 even began filming. As Tim said in an interview ages ago that V and Z “weren’t on the hsmtmts payroll” at that time but it felt very fate-like as they went ahead with the plot of season 4 being a reunion etc etc and that he then begun “actively persuing Z and V” for s4. I’m 100% sure that Zac was in Utah with Kodiak pancakes and the team/him made a lil pit stop just for funsies. and as V said in another interview she went by herself for a lil nostalgia cause she was there for a bball game.

HOWEVER take a trip down my wormhole for one sec���

They pick their words VERY carefully with the press.

It’s heavily implied that he must have spoken to their teams probably and they didn’t say noooo but the whole ordeal of them actually doing it would not have been possible with their other commitments. i mean, we are racking our brains here trying to figure out when they could’ve done it?? because FOR SURE both of them have been traveling like CRAZYYYY. like half the time we don’t even know how van gets from point a to b. like it’s INSANE. same with Zac like he’s here, then he pops up somewhere else like it’s wild. 

BUT he did say while he’s a fan he’s never MET them… hmmmm. could they have recorded something….?? (it’s giving 2016, 10 year reunion vibes with Zac). Still wouldn’t mean tim directly SPOKE to them/knows them etc but maybe there was a MOMENT with one of the cast?? like a quick phone call or smth idk.

Now, the ONLY things i don’t understand:

1) Why sweet, innocent Dylan got us hyped with his cryptic lil smiley on E news. Do we think maybe he knew zac had van had been approached (maybe he encouraged zac to do the cameo) but then alas, everyone’s schedules didn’t match up.

2) Why would they publish this article BEFORE the season drops. like… it doesn’t make sense strategically like - keep us guessing till the end. i mean sure we’ll be sad but i mean publicity wise josh and sofia are doing a better job lol being all cryptic like oo we can’t say who our favourite OG is hehe. And is it possible Tim would lie? to throw us off? idk. he hasn’t really done that b4 - i think he’s being pretty truthful.

3) THE FOLLOW. ?????? Although… i’m secretly not mad at the follow if it was for smth else / just reconnecting after a long time and NOT the show :)

Tbh I’ve never really been all that active with any fandoms b4, in the past I would mainly just reblog stuff, but I’m really glad I’ve created a byler blog because y’all are super cool and I’m having so much fun going crazy with everybody.

I’ve been following Byler for years now. Since season 2 at least, and I’ve always loved reading kaypeace21’s analyses since then and I was always happy just doing that. But now I feel like participating more because of everybody. After volume 2 came out, I was feeling as demoralized as everyone else on the tag, but it was so awesome to see us all bounce back and return to our firm beliefs in Byler. And now, with Noah’s interview, everything we’ve been saying, not just about Will, but also Mike just feels so much closer now. And as much as I want season 5 to be out now, at the same time, I’m really enjoying this sense of community we’ve created on here

So, yeah, I’m ready for these two years we have to wait. But being on here with everybody else makes it more bearable. So, thank you for that! Crazy together!

“Busy!” Wade answered, pinning up a unicorn poster between their bedroom doors. Peter wasn’t sure how he felt about it, but at least it wasn’t something offensive. It was a pretty nice unicorn, actually. “We’re going to have the best year! Frat parties, study groups, questionable caffeine sources, melted soup spoons, unsolved frat murders, student demonstrations, crying, and frat parties!”

Peter’s smile actually felt frozen on his face. He was so concerned. “When was the last time you were in college?”

Wade shrugged. “Probably the hit on the pizza boy.” He vanished into his bedroom before Peter could ask, although Peter wasn’t really sure what he would ask about that. Wade came back out with a stack of texts. “I heard on the vine that you were good with numbers. I hate to impose, but also I don’t. Think you might be able to help me figure this out?”

They… literally did not have classes until next week. Who bought their books ahead of time? Drop/add was serious business. That, and Peter was expecting to have to bust up a party of bad guys sometime around eleven, so… 

“Uh, tonight?” Peter asked. “I have plans.”

“Oh?” Wade perked up and dropped the texts on their dining table with a worrisome wobble. “Where’re you headed? Someplace cool, I bet!”

“A, uh…” Peter really should have been able to think of something horribly uncool and boring a lot faster than this. “Dinner with my aunt.”

“Aww, that’s so sweet!” Wade folded his hands together and rested his head against them. Peter was both frightened and charmed. “I hope you have fun! Wish her a Happy Birthday from me!”

"It's not—" Peter immediately changed his mind. "Sure thing!" And made his quick retreat.

The thing was, Peter liked to give a couple hours to patrolling every night, but he was finding it harder and harder to think up reasons to be out that late. 

He tried pretending he had a class, but everyone knew classes didn’t actually go until midnight, so that excuse only worked as often as Peter could make up something he might’ve got caught up talking to his professors about. 

Which wasn’t that short of a list, given Peter was a bonafide nerd, but he didn’t want to use up that resource too quickly. 

He also couldn’t claim to have dinner with his aunt every single night. It worked a couple nights a week, but that was all Peter got out of it. 

MJ and Harry made for pretty decent excuses, except Wade was guaranteed to meet them eventually and the risk of getting caught in the lie was too great. 

So Peter had to resort to other, less reliable excuses. 

“I, uh, need to run to the store and buy more socks,” he said.

“Okay!” Wade chirped. He was so agreeable. Peter both loved and hated it. “So, I’ll see you back here in about an hour?”

Peter hesitated. “I take my sock buying very seriously.”

Wade studied him intently. “...So, two hours?”

“Don’t wait up!” Peter shouted and ran for the door.

Peter was already late for tonight's patrol. He rushed into the dorm and straight through to his room. In the middle of peeling his shirt off to reveal the super suit underneath, he heard, "Hi, Peterson! I just got this new deck of cards. Wanna play a game?"

Fuck. 

Peter was hoping he could get out unnoticed. 

"Um," he said. "I…" need to throw myself out of this window. "Am really tired. I'm just gonna go to sleep early tonight. Sorry!"

"No worries, Pete-the-sweet!" Wade said through the door. "You deserve a good rest. Goodnight!"

Peter sighed in relief. "Goodnight!"

…Then removed the rest of his casual clothes, pulled on his mask, and threw himself out of his bedroom window.

Peter was almost out of the door, when—

"Hey, McPeter! Wanna grab some takeout?"

"I would love to, but…" Peter chewed on the inside of his lip while he thought in a panic. "I already ate!"

Wade stared at him. "You've been in your room for the past three hours and never left to go to the kitchen."

"Yes," Peter confirmed. Then he stared. Then he ran.

“I need to rescue my grandma from a tree,” Peter said. “Again.”

Wade stared in abject confusion for several long seconds. Peter was sure he’d be called out this time. 

Instead, Wade’s expression cleared. “Yeah, okay, sure, Pete-ster. I’ll see you in the morning!”

Peter would have sighed in relief, except for that last part. That last part broke something inside of him, because it meant Wade knew Peter wasn’t coming back tonight. It meant Wade had noticed the pattern of his behavior. It meant Wade didn’t believe a single one of Peter’s excuses, and was just letting him run off every night like clockwork. 

It meant Wade wasn’t that gullible.

It meant Peter had to be found out.

Wade was just letting him get away with it.

Right?

Peter couldn’t take it anymore. The excuses were stupid, the pressure was overwhelming, the tension was ready to snap, and Peter was not emotionally prepared to keep making a fool of himself for no reason. 

“Are you really going to buy that?” Peter heard himself ask.

Wade stopped short. “What do you mean, Princess Pete?”

“I mean,” Peter said, “Wade. Come on. Do you really not see that I’m Spider-man?”

Wade shook his head and tutted at him. “Petey, that’s not how you Secret Identity.”

Peter was speechless. What?

“Now get out there, Baby Boy,” Wade continued with a playful wink, “kick some ass, and I’ll pretend I never heard that.”

Guess Peter would just go on making a fool of himself, then.

Owkdnkwndjw where do i start man-

First of all, I am deeply, truly, sorry for disappearing on you guys like that, really. I owe you guys an explanation but tbh i just think im making excuses at this point. But i just wanna say that Im sorry. Im really really sorry…

I promised myself that i wont be active here again until april of next year (ill explain later as to why) but i thought id just drop in rq to notice you guys that im still here, alive and well, and fortunately not dead yet-

It's been so long since i last wrote any fanfic, and i havent written anything proper ever since 2 years ago, but i rlly miss being able to write,, it was one of my passion, and still is even tho i never wrote anything for the past years,,, id rlly like to come back and revive this dead writing blog once im finally free on april of 2023… I hope you guys will be able to welcome me back at that time with open arms (or just dropkick me for being so inactive i dont mind whichever ahhseilwnekdj)

I have an upcoming big exam next year from february to march 2023, an exam that will carve my path as an adult, which, if any of you malaysians seeing this, yes its SPM. U could say my whole career depends on this, hence why I've been so inactive on tumblr for the past years (and also some other reasons but thats one of it)

I know a lot of my moots have moved on, some still here and some have deactivated or delete their account and all i feel is,, regret. A lot of my moots are what helped me get through my darker moments during quarantine, and the fact that ill probably lose contact with them for forever is horrifying. I wish i had at least contacted them for one last time b4 i disappeared 2 years ago. I wish i was able to ask for their other socmed so that i can still contact them. It's stupid, i know, since I'm the one who disappeared on yall in the first place. I rlly, rlly, am sorry. I just hope you know that. 

I rlly miss you guys. I truly do. Its been so long. You guys are the sweetest people ive ever had the pleasure of knowing and im truly blessed by that fact. I srsly dont deserve you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for always putting up with my antics and simpings, and always just,,, being the sweetest person ever. I truly dont deserve yall. You guys are the reason i still havent deleted or deactivated my acc. I just cant let go of you guys. Thats why i still keep this up even tho im hella inactive. So that i can still come back here, someday. 

Ive gotten into some more fandoms while i was gone, and I'll add that to my masterlist. I promise when i come back, ill write more for you guys (even tho my writing aint nothing special windijskd)

listen. I love the Dream SMP. love its storytelling, love its acting, love its pretty much everything. but it’s kinda hard to continue watching when the people you’re rooting for seem to always be in despair and losing. like yes, angst is good and fun, but I just want them to have a victory that actually matters, you know? not a Pyrrhic victory, an actual victory. better yet, I want people to actually acknowledge theirs and others’ trauma, because man you have no idea how painful it was for Tommy and Tubbo to actively show/talk about their trauma from Dream and others only to be ignored.

it’s even rougher to have the ideology that ‘violence is the only way’ be repeated again and again, because it’s not. people like niki, like wilbur, who held that idea of ‘violence isn’t the only way’? they all fell. they all threw away and stopped believing in that ideology. the world of the smp has been built upon destruction and violence because it just so happens that the more powerful people believe in the violence ideology, and it sucks. it reiterates that words don’t matter more than fists, that violence is the only way when it isn’t and has never been.

yes, all of them have trauma. yeah, sure, maybe they’ve been ‘betrayed’ or ‘killed’ or whatever. that doesn’t excuse the fact that their victims have trauma too. that trauma has to had come from somewhere. and it just irks me that they’re all ignoring their trauma, ignoring others’ trauma despite the fact that it’s been smacked in front of their faces again and again. and yes! this is about tommy and tubbo! because my fucking god their trauma has been largely gone ignored and it’s painting a picture I really don’t like.

and!! not to be a clingy duo + wilbur/ l’manburg trio apologist, but their actions were due to the combined actions of dream, philza and technoblade. and not to rag on one person specifically, but you don’t fight fire with a volcanic eruption, philza. He could’ve stopped wilbur! he could’ve decided to help tubbo instead of blaming everything on him! he was in the position to do so! but no, he didn’t, because in the end he’s always held favourism towards technoblade.

i don’t know. I’ll still watch the dream smp, of course, because honestly it’s like one of the fandoms I’m in that hasnt largely died out yet. and maybe I’m just being foolish or stupid, but I want L’manburg to have a happy ending. for once, I want all their suffering and losses to matter.

the thing that's getting me about the whole "izuku sucks bc he doesn't care about villains" take is that, with the exception of dabi (who is actively trying to MURDER IZUKUS BEST FRIEND among others), izuku just,,,, doesn't know the villains' tragic backstories? like, he doesn't know the trauma that shiggy or toga or twice or spinner went thru. all he knows is that these ppl are responsible for the deaths of THOUSANDS of ppl and MANY heroes. 1/3

2/3. and its not like he's never been sympathetic to villains b4, yk? like, remember with gentle? where he saw that gentle was trying to save la brava and was peacefully turning himself in after losing? and izuku was like "yeah, we had a disagreement, but its fine" instead of "no he was trying to break in so I stopped him" or whatever. ig you could argue thats bc he didn't want the fest to be canceled, but I still hold that he understood what gentle was doing and played along.

3/3. idk it just really irks me that people forget that just bc WE know something, doesn't mean the CHARACTERS know. (and also, that just bc a character has an actually tragic, horrible, and traumatizing backstory doesn't excuse, you know, LITERAL MURDER???) I also just wish ppl would remember that the story isn't over and that we're in the middle of a scene where shit is still happening. like, just be fucking patient and wait for the story to unfold. THEN get mad if it doesnt work for you. jfc

okay but I'm glad you mentioned this cause it made me think about some panels from another recent chapter (and I'm sure someone has probably talked about this before, so I'm sorry if I'm highlighting Old News udndjdjdd)

sooooo, something that i really, reaaaally liked about bnha 286 was the moment in the vestige realm. when izuku morphs (transitions? teleports??? whatever) into this other dimension, the first thing he sees is all for one being his Creepy Controlling Self with shigaraki (as shown below)

and, when he sees that shiggy is resisting and fighting back, izuku's immediate response is to try and intervene to help shiggy

of course, as nana points out, the boy can't really do much with his body, but he was ready to give it his all anyway because he saw that shiggy needed help (and it didn't matter that they're on opposing sides. izuku moved with the intention of helping depsite the fact that he and shig were literally just fight each other a second before) and i just.... waaaaaah, this kid, you know?

so i wanted to point this out because, along with the example you given (and I'm sure there's more to be said about this but sudjsjjd), this makes me feel like izuku caring is a given. funneling that ability to sympathize into actually saving villains, though, does become a bit complicated when we consider the points you mentioned (like, having to keep a villain from killing those around them if that's what they're into didndjd; not having the prior knowledge needed to know why they're feeling what they are or what drives them to act as they do; as well as the balance needed to address the villain's needs and the consequences that are sure to follow whatever things they've done wrong).

here i am, getting scatterbrained again sjdndjd but yeah, i agree with you! like, on one hand, i think it absolutely makes sense to be upset that the league and other characters like them were/are neglected when they need(ed) help the most (though i think touya's situation will allow the narrative to begin highlighting how that issue exists and persists within hero society) but... i dunno. it's a balancing act, you know? these issues are very blurry and gray (as opposed to being just clear-cut, black and white, or easy to assess and judge as This or That), so i definitely feel your frustration BUT HOPEFULLY, canon elaborates on it all more so that we can have productive conversations about it in the fandom!!
